New Zealand Shipping: $15 flat rate
Delivery time: 2-3 business days from completion
Australia Shipping: $50 flat rate
Delivery time: 7-10 business days from completion
International Shipping: Available worldwide

Auckland Studio Collection: FREE
You're welcome to collect your artwork from our Auckland studio at no charge. We'll contact you when your piece is ready for pickup.
Production & Delivery Timeline
All artwork is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow:
- Production time: 7-10 working days
- Total time to delivery: Typically ships within 7-10 days of order
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your artwork is ready to ship.
Packaging
Every piece is carefully packaged with:
- Bubble wrap protection
- Sturdy shipping box
- Protective filler around the artwork
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Made to Order Policy:
As all pieces are handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your artwork arrives damaged or has defects that affect its display, we will arrange an exchange.
What constitutes a faulty item:
- Damage during shipping
- Manufacturing defects
- Issues that prevent the artwork from being displayed effectively
Exchange Process:
- Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your artwork
- Email photos of the packaging and damage to design@ornately.co.nz
- We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable
Return Shipping:
- For damaged or faulty items: Ornately Art will provide a freight-forward courier at no cost to you
- For customer-initiated exchanges: Return shipping is at customer's expense
12-Month Warranty
All Ornately Art pieces come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
