This piece is inspired by the quiet resilience of the sea turtle – a creature deeply connected to the ocean and often seen as a symbol of endurance and calm. Designed and assembled in our New Zealand studio, the turtle is laser cut from multiple layers of tinted Perspex and suspended on clear acrylic rods, creating depth and shape this piece casts soft shadows and catches nature light from every angle.
